Join the Columbus Gay Men’s Chorus (CGMC) for Forte — their annual celebration and gala — on Friday, July 27. It will take place at the Lincoln Theatre, from 7:30 to 9 p.m.
Forte is the Chorus’ annual gala and features an array of food, spirits and entertainment. This annual event began in 2007 as a celebration to raise critical funds to support the mission of the CGMC.
The Columbus Gay Men’s Chorus Forte Award recognizes an individual(s) from the central Ohio community who best embodies the CGMC’s mission of “Voices Raised. Lives Changed.” and who blends both the arts and social awareness in their daily lives.
This year, the CGMC will recognize David Brown, Founder and Creative Director of the Harmony Project, with the 2018 Forte Award.
